Last week our Good Vibe community member, Tshombe, asked via Twitter if I would be posting about how I manifested an invitation to lead a class for Martha Beck’s Master Coaches in training. 

I told him it didn’t need a whole post; I could sum it up in one tweet:

“I owe it all to clean living.”

Which used to be dad’s joke in our family, because clean living wasn’t exactly what he was known for.  As a blue collar boilermaker, war veteran with a drinking problem and drug dealing past, the last thing anyone would accuse him of was “clean living.”  (At least not according to the standards of most.  I’ve come to realize it’s actually an accurate statement.)

But, when it comes to leveraging the law of attraction, clean living is no joke. 

That doesn’t mean I don’t ever swear (as you readers know), cheat or lie. 

(In fact, I just heard an “expert” report that most of us lie in one out of four conversations that lasts more than ten minutes.  Wow!)

But it does mean that for the most part I do a decent job of living within my personal integrity.

And when you’re doing that, good things happen as a natural course of life. 

I hadn’t put Master Coach Trainer on my vision board, or written it in my Intentions Journal, or even had a single fleeting thought about it.

So in that sense I can’t answer Tshombe’s question about what manifesting technique I used to create this success.  (And I do consider it a success, and it’s certainly something I created.)

But good things like this happen all the time in every day life when we get nicely lined up.  Which, by “nicely lined up,” I just mean “feeling good.”

When you’re feeling good, by and large, you’re living your personal integrity.  You are being true to your Self, living what matters (as defined by you), and hanging out in your vortex.  And that high vibration calls in more good stuff to match.  Whether you identified it specifically in advance or not.

It’s how I got invited to Oprah, how I obtained Master Certified Coach status, and how other really cool things just seem to arrive “out of the blue.”

Although I do use pray rain journaling and other manifesting techniques for things like building my practice, attracting a boyfriend, finding a new house, manifesting perfect new renters, etc. – there is something to be said for having it be as simple as letting your way of every day life call in the good stuff all by itself.

And anyone who spends as much time with fabulous people like you can’t help but flow a really good vibe. 

Thanks to YOU ALL for being a big part of why cool things show up “out of the blue” for me.

With that, I invite you to explore what living your personal integrity means to you, and what small shifts you can make in every day life to upgrade your vibe and let cool things in before you even set your sights on them.

It’s Sunday today, we arrived on Thursday. As always, the August jungle is hot, humid, thick and captivating. Of course, it feels hotter to me than it has in the past, but no doubt it always feels this way since I am accustomed to the high desert’s arid, hot summers in Santa Fe.

As always, our hotel is larger than life. A glass of Champaign greeted us at the Premier Lobby, one of four lobbies. Our room was a welcome site – air conditioning, a towel elephant with a flower on it, a fruit basket and beach towels ready to go.

So three days have flown by. We attended Troy & Tina’s wedding rehearsal dinner Friday and the wedding Saturday. Tina is looking beautiful, like a soft, gentle goddess and Troy has been cool as a cucumber in his handsome, ragged way. His day has come and one of his biggest dreams has come true. Now that is a sight to see, I wouldn’t have missed this for anything.

The Mayan wedding ceremony was wonderful. Copal smoke sailed by in the ocean breeze as the couple were blessed, bathed (gently) in beans, were given wedding flowers to wear and had their souls blended with flower petals.

There is no arguing it, this is paradise. The all-inclusive hotel provides delectable meals, unlimited drinks and other such amenities to take care of your every need. Attending a wedding here has been magical from the ocean’s breath to the pre-historic-looking birds flying over head and the Mayan sounds at the ceremony.

As if this weren’t enough, I have been receiving many energetic blessings myself. I have a calling to go to a pyramid of Coba where I know I will re-connect with the energy of the past lives I have seen here and with the messages that are meant to guide me in my own journey through life.

I consider myself blessed to live in my flow.

I consider myself very fortunate for many reasons and one of these is because I have a couple of things in my life where my heart opens. One of these is in the Riviera Maya.

The flight from Albuquerque has gone through Houston so that we have been traveling over half the day.

As we touch down in this mystical place, stepping off the airplane usually gives me a small rush of heaven, relaxation and joy. This time is even more magical. Our first steps outside of the airport and into the thick, dense humid jungle air begin to open my heart. As if I were walking through a magical machine that could attune my energy and myself, within minutes I can feel a fluttering of energy in my heart, a transformation occurring that opens my heart and brings me into a more heavenly connection with my Source Energy. I am home.

Even the hour drive in the shuttle van doesn’t erase the buzz of bliss I am enjoying; the feeling of being loved.

Can you imagine being somewhere that makes you feel as though you are being held, coddled and loved by the jungle all around you, so that only by opening your eyes do you see that you are not being touched? Can you imagine being caressed, kissed and so welcome that your whole emotional body lets go and comes to a place of such deep connection that it knows that all is well in this loving, all-knowing universe?

To come to this place of expansion and knowing is what I see as the Mayan words “inlak- esh” meaning your are me, I am you. That place of recognizing that there is no worry in my life, or yours, that is valid or real because the truth is that all is one and the One is truly only love.
