Q&A: How to Act It When It’s Not (Real)?

Fabulous question just posted on the prior blog post by Caterpillar Woman. I think you’ll agree it deserves its own spotlight here in our Q&A series.
We were talking about how action has a vibration that cues Universe what to deliver you, and for that reason it’s crucial our actions align with what we want. But … well, here’s Caterpillar Woman’s question:
I get it. You can insist, “But I love you!”, but if you’re beating the person up as you say it, you’re not actually vibrating love.
The thing is, HOW do you act “wealthy” if you’re not? Wealthy people pay all their bills on time and spend money on things they want and need, right? What if you haven’t got the money to do that? How on earth are you supposed to act out a vibe of “I’m wealthy” without sending yourself into debt and maybe bankruptcy?
Also, with something like health. How do you act like you’re not diabetic? Or act like you don’t have arthritis? How do you act healthy if you’re not?
I keep asking this, and have asked it for years. So far, I’ve never gotten a satisfactory answer. I hope someone here… no. I’m SURE that someone here will be able to answer that in a way that makes perfect sense to me and gives me an “ah hah!” moment.
So, thank you to whomever has that answer for me. I know you’re there, and you’ll put it into words I can understand.
This is probably one of my all time favorite questions so far. Not just because the answers require creativity, but because once we have answers, hee hee, well I just can’t stop giggling at the thought of what happens once we have those answers!! woo hoo!!

The topic of today’s post wasn’t my idea – it comes to you compliments of this morning’s angels. I’ll try to get the content as close to what they said as possible, but know there could be some translation challenges coming.
Speaking of translation challenges:
My cousin just sent that this morning. (hee hee)
Okay, when I wake up with a random song in my head, I’ve come to know it’s from angels. It’s their way of getting a message through.
The song today was something like, if you couldn’t say I love you, how would I know you did?
At first I thought they were schooling me to be better to Russ.
But that wasn’t it.
What they meant was in terms of manifesting. This message wasn’t for me as much as it was for all of us.
So here goes, my best translation of what they wanted me to share:

I, for one, rely strongly on words to manifest. Writing them, speaking them, thinking them. And, surely, words are powerful.
But … (can you already tell this is not my topic? I’m not one to spend a ton of time talking about the role of action in manifesting. That’s my little disclaimer: this isn’t my post!)
(In fact, although I DID create the title of this one, and I’m doing my best to translate, I’ll identify it as a Guest Post.)
Okay, anyway …
To ensure your actions are serving your manifesting intentions, be aware of the message that Universe is receiving from you irrespective of what you’re saying.
Imagine the only instruction you gave Universe came from your actions and behavior.
How would your instruction be interpreted?
For example (and this is the example I came up with, it’s not theirs):
I have had a client or two (or 20) who SAY they are managing their vibration quite well, that they are (no, Judie, I’m talking about you this time – you are beautifully self-aware) .. they SAY they are feeling positive and focused on what they want and lined up vibrationally with it and they believe it, but as I spend more time with them it becomes clear that that’s what they know SHOULD be true, that’s what they WISH were true, but the reality is that they’re living with doubt and fear and discouragement, etc.
So while their words may be all love and light, their vibration isn’t.
But angels really meant to focus on action more – not just vibration in general. Let me get back on topic.
(All right, I just got the feeling that someone reading this is going to get the message better than I am and will be able to expand on it in the comments. Whew – pressure off!)
Okay, this is simple. Get back to the song.
If you couldn’t tell someone you loved them, how would you show them?
If you couldn’t TELL Universe what you wanted, how would you send that instruction? (Hint: smoke signals aren’t the answer.)
It’s not a secret language of words – action is a vibrational language, too.
(Ahh, I’m starting to get it. Goose bumps!)
We know like attracts like. So if we ensure our actions are lined up with what we want, that would be good.
Like when we say we want to be wealthy, but we’re acting out of poverty. Or when we say we want to be loved, but our actions scream that we’re not.
Line your actions up with your (manifesting) words. Leave it at that.
I think I can come up with a good example.
A personal one.
I think I can, I think I can …
What they mean is don’t rely so heavily on your words – get your actions lined up, too.
And guess what? I’m coming up short on a personal example. I mean, I can imagine what they mean, but I can’t come up with a personal instance of it!
Maybe this post WAS just for me. ha!
If that’s the case, I promise to keep you apprised as to what happens as I put this tip to work so you can get some value from it.
I shall line up my actions with my intentions.
Oh – got a great opportunity in front of me.
I just wrote on my whiteboard earlier this week that (and this is verbatim – may have done it more carefully had I known it’d be shared!):
“I just created a knock your socks off rock star life-changing money vibe product that is THE ANSWER folks have been looking for! YAY!
”
Then I listed the feelings associated: ecstatic, proud, thrilled, excited, accomplished and in high service.
And topped it off with: “I am the best at what I do!”
So, although I think the actual action of creating the product will be important, I think what Angels are getting at is to ensure my actions are also sending that signal.
Not the actions of ‘I want to create this amazing, transformational product,’ or that ‘I’m working on it,’ but that ‘it is created.’
What would that look like, I wonder?
Hmm. Can’t wait to tell you after I find out!!
In the meantime, if anyone here can elaborate on what you think Angels are getting at, we’d all be grateful for your input!
PS – have you seen blisscals? Just heard about these today!
(Angels gotta be rolling their eyes right about now about how easily distracted I am. And now I’m going to go laugh at the German Coast Guard again. hee hee)

Michael Losier and the Law of Attraction

Todays post is a guest post from Annette Pedersen . Annette and I met last year online through Boundless Living Challenge. Last Thursday Annette got to meet my LOA mentor. Michael Losier and is sharing her experience of this seminar. Enjoy I did 
I actually felt like I was back in Vancouver in June 2008. Today I was on a call with Michael and he said Annette wrote beautifully and he was humbled by what she wrote.
Michael is a truly special human being, so generous and so loving and lovable. Michael’s simple LOA system had brought so much abundance to my life:

I had the pleasure of attending Michael Losier’s Meet & Greet the Author + 2-hr workshop at the Ritz Carlton Phoenix on 8/20/09– and was it a fabulous way to invest several hours~
Suzie Cheel introduced me to Michael and his Law of Attraction book and coaching a bit over a year ago. Anyone that gets the Kudos Suzie gives Michael is definitely someone to check out! I read the book, easily applied the principles ~ got results! ~ and listened to some audios from Michael, as well as signing up for his newsletter. When I received the email that he would be presenting in town and there was a meet and greet, I signed up immediately!
First I would like to tell you why I was so ready to go to this particular event: It was a benefit presentation for Community Dental Foundation – a non-profit organization dedicated to providing underserved children in Maricopa County with a better future by improving their oral health and restoring their smiles. www.cdental.org. I was impressed that Michael would donate his time for a cause like this, but I am finding out that’s the kind of person he is.
The second reason is much less humanitarian – I Love this hotel! Decorated in Old World style, with oversize original oil paintings and lots of carved wood and cushy-thick area rugs – it feels as if we have stepped across the water into a high-class European hotel. Crystal chandeliers, marble-topped side tables and French doors ~ Michael has taste!
When I arrived, I was surprised at the long line of people. I did not realize that Phoenix had so many who want to explore the Law of Attraction! The line moved quickly though – the volunteers running registration had everything under friendly, welcoming control. I managed to spot and snag Michael before I went in, got a picture with him and an autograph for his book. Now my copy has two great autographs – Michael Losier AND Suzie Cheel! Michael was more than happy to have his picture taken, and I noted the way he greeted attendees – he’s down-to-earth and genuinely happy to see people. This is a plus in my book, especially for those who are teaching us how to improve our lives. He lit up when I mentioned Suzie’s name and that in itself was a credit to his character.
Walking into the room, I noticed the thoughtful set-up. Chairs were at an angle so that all would be able to see, and there was a raised platform for the speaker. No one would have trouble seeing. I stopped by the A/V table and chatted a moment with the technician. I am a sound editor, and all those buttons draw me right in! A table from a local bookstore New Vision was set in the back of the room with Michael’s Law of Attraction and his new book Law of Connection. I do believe they ran out of product by the end of the evening. Water served in silver pitchers lined the back of the room ~ so elegant!
I found an aisle seat and began a conversation with the woman sitting in front of me. She is an aroma-alchemist and had just been introduced to Michael Losier and his concepts a few weeks ago. I felt right at home with the diverse group of people who quickly filled the room.
The event started right on time – with a high level of energy right from the start. Although I am rather LoA savvy and have read the Law of Attraction, I gained many new insights from the presentation, such as: the Law of Attraction is OBEDIENT – WE have Command !
Michael’s method of teaching and the way he engages the audience really sinks the material in and makes you feel you’re part of Michael’s world. This is a participatory event! Worksheets were provided for us to easily follow along and have ready-made notes. The attendees had quite a lot of their own energy, and there was a lot of laughter throughout the 2+ hours.
Watching Michael is not only informative and inspiring, but truly entertaining. He may have done this speech over 150 times in the past year, yet his eyes sparkle, his face lights up and you know he just LOVES what he’s doing. It’s obvious he not only believes in himself and his material, but he also truly believes in PEOPLE, and this is what drives his passion to teach. Michael grabs your attention immediately and keeps it with his humor and his audience inclusion. Being able to vocalize what you’re learning and being ‘quizzed’ is actually fun! Who’s going to forget “Words, Thoughts, Vibe, Results” after you’ve firmly stated it with 2oo others? Or “I get what I Vibrate’? I heartily agreed when Michael told us that whatever method works, use it. If it doesn’t work, then don’t use it. Visualization? Fine, if it works for you. Taping checks to the ceiling? Great, IF it works for you. There was no pushing, no ‘you must’ - just sharing the ‘how’ we can all live better lives. We all got free CDs, too – a sampling of the new publication Law of Connection read by the author (this means Michael – it’s going to be some of the more interesting audio I’ve listened to!)
Of course, his story about Oprah, The Secret and how his book got on Amazon’s Best Seller list was hilarious and very inspiring. Did you know he had/has a $0 advertising budget? Now That’s Law of Attraction!
31 people from around the world who are taking Michaels’ Law of Attraction Certification course, and they were introduced and honored with a hearty round of applause. I met one of them afterwards, a charming Irishman. He’s traveled all the way from Ireland to take a course from a Canadian in Arizona! The Law of Attraction is global. Michael Losier’s Law of Attraction is easy to understand, has tools to help us apply it in real life, but most important – IT WORKS. And Michael has made it easy for us to attend workshops, teleconferences and the audio library by making it all truly affordable.
In the anteroom following the workshop, I was approached by some people promoting a Law of Attraction Networking group. I have been looking for this type of networking – TaDa! That’s SO Law of Attraction!

We’re Amazing! Fab Resources at Your Fingertips

I thought of you all last week after an amazing reading from a clairvoyant, clairsentient and clairaudient woman named Kathryn Miles (who first introduced me to pray rain journaling years ago).
Kathryn said it’s time to incorporate the divine masculine (what’s that?!) and that my gift as a storyteller/oracle precedes this lifetime and that visualizing a pyramid of golden light could be helpful … and other cool stuff that made me want everyone to experience her gifts.
And I thought of you before that when animal communicator Janet Roper shared with me a couple things Joe had to say, and when Candy and Ming sent the eye pillow that gave me such beautiful dreams when I remembered to sleep with it.
And I thought about the wonderful gifts Money Mojo Magic members brought to the group: from Mark Romero’s consciousness-raising music to Nikki Shannon’s Lifeline Healing to Susan Cohen’s reiki session and Martine Rudee’s guided relaxation meditation … the list goes on!
This morning I realized it’s high time we gathered our resources of gifts and services in one place, so we can easily connect with whatever support we’re ready for.
The next time someone asks about a great weight loss coach who incorporates law of attraction, I’d like to have a link where several are listed! Or when I’m wondering about an LOA-savvy person who knows how to publish on CreateSpace, someone here will have posted that resource. Or when someone wants to know who’s editing my audio files, I have Annette Pedersen’s page at my fingertips.
Once we’ve got a nice bank of resources here I’ll ask my fab web VA Susan Marshall to put them on their separate web page, but let’s get started by collecting the info here.

You put the Law of Attraction into action and gave everything you owned away?
That’s what Bessie Bardot and Geoff Barker with their beautiful daughter BlueBelle are looking for a seachange and they are giving everything they own away. They are so inspiring. They have established “The Life Change Experiment-What happens when you let go and leap?”
They are giving things way so they shift the energy. I love that. Yes this is an experiment so watch the video to learn more and find out why. I love the questions they are asking.
Is there a catch? No you just have to sign up to find out whether there is something that takes your fancy and you have a great reason for asking for it.
There is just one catch if you don’t live in Sydney and if you are selected for the item you requested you will need to take a trip to Sydney.
It is amazing what happens when you declare you intention to the the world, you become as Geoff says in this video, accountable. This means follow through.

Did I ask? Yes. Wow not so easy to put it down here- but in the spirit of the giveaway here goes. I asked for the neat little A190. it would make a wonderful replacement for our very old and dearly loved 300eE Merc. There are some great things they are giving away, from clothes, to shoes and household items. Bessie has the most amazing shoe collection, so if you are size 7½ you might be in 7th heaven. PS: Their home and businesses have been given away.
What a great example of trust in the universe and a great example of good vibes.
